Caitlin Clark has the 8th-best odds to win 2024 WNBA MVP before she's even been drafted
Iowa’s Caitlin Clark has been a national sensation for women’s college basketball. She just broke Kelsey Plum’s record (3,527 points) for all-time leading scorer in women’s NCAA college basketball history, and she will soon pass Pete Maravich’s mark (3,667) for most career points in Division I history for men and women.
She also recently declared for the 2024 WNBA draft, meaning this will be her final season at Iowa. And with that declaration, it’s never too far to look ahead to how she’ll fare in the league.
FanDuel Sportsbook has already released a market on WNBA MVP and Clark has 21-1 odds (tied for eighth-best odds) to win the award, despite not being on a team yet. It’s widely expected that she will be drafted No. 1 overall by the Indiana Fever.
Las Vegas Aces star A’Ja Wilson (+200) is the favorite to win MVP, followed by the New York Liberty’s Breanna Stewart (+480). They are the only two players with single-digit odds.
