Amidst speculation within political circles suggesting that the coalition discussions between BJP and BJD may be reaching a conclusion, the Odisha leadership of the saffron party was called to Delhi by the central hierarchy on Sunday. There are ongoing discussions indicating that the top leadership might advise state BJP officials to avoid making misleading statements about the alliance, especially following the firm rejection of any coalition by the party's Odisha chief, Manmohan Samal, upon his return from Delhi on Friday.
