U.S. layoffs rise 3% to highest level in 11 months
CHICAGO, Illinois: A report released by outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas showed that in February, U.S. layoff announcements rose three percent to the highest level in 11 months amid ongoing automation-related restructuring.
