We was all originally offered a 3% pay rise but I argued that I am up to speed with what is asked of me so they bumped me up to 5%. Which only keeps me above the min wage levels.
I'm getting itchy feet as we are a small team and the owner (who I've never met) leaves us to it but I don't know if I'm at my ceiling here wage wise.
It doesn't help that one of the team is a lazy sod who is on more than me and refuses to do or can't do parts that I can so I can be out with them as a pair and they don't even bother to get out of the van. And then they dig me out for getting 5% to their 3%.
Sorry about my little rant I just needed to vent.
