Brother of LSU player accused of injuring employee during SEC championship
GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - A man has been charged after an employee was injured Sunday at the SEC Women's Basketball Championship game at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.
The Greenville Police Department charged 24-year-old Trayron Milton, of Georgia, with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault & battery.
The Associated Press reported that Milton is the brother of LSU guard Flau'jae Johnson.
According to police, the employee was sitting at the scorer's table at the edge of the court when Milton jumped over the barrier.
Milton came from behind the scorer's table, pushed down on the victim’s head and stepped on her shoulders to jump over the table, officials said.
Officers said two other individuals also jumped over the barrier but officials were able to prevent them from reaching the court.
Those individuals were escorted out to the arena by officers.
