Albany man pleads guilty to illegal firearm possession
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Lee Childs, 47, of Albany, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Childs faces eight years in state prison and five years of post-release supervision.
Childs admitted to knowingly possessing a loaded, illegal firearm on June 18, 2023. Sentencing is scheduled for June 4.
