After a car was found at the bottom of Pecatonica River in Illinois, 90-year-old resident Marj Herbig recalls the disappearance of Clarence Owens, 65, and Everette Hawley, 75, saying it was the "talk of the town," and hopes the decades-old case can be put to rest.
