U.S. stocks close higher after Powell's dovish comments
NEW YORK, March 20 (Xinhua) -- U.S. stocks ended higher on Wednesday, after the Federal Reserve reiterated rate cut guidance and Fed Chair Jerome Powell's dovish comments.
