Metallic shoes have been having a moment in fashion for quite a while now. Heidi Klum‘s recent outfit proves the trend is thriving and not going anywhere.
The German-American model attended the Wednesday taping of “America’s Got Talent” in Pasadena, Calif., wearing silver metallic pumps.
Klum has been a fan of the silver metallic shoe trend for a while now. In 2020, she wore a pair of metallic pumps for the “Making the Cut” finale. Besides metallic shoes, Klum has dabbled in various trends over the years, and heels seem to be her go-to, especially for red carpet events. Over the years, the trendsetter has worn pumps from Attico, Aquazzura and Stuart Weitzman, to name a few.
Metallic Shoe Trend
Silver and gold metallics made their presence known last summer and were established as a fall fashion must-have. Bottega Veneta, Prada, Manolo Blahnik, Gucci, and other luxury designers embraced the trend with their recent runway shows.
Celebrities have also joined the trend. In the 2024 Golden Globe Awards, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, and Margot Robbie wore dazzling jewel-toned shoes.
Klum’s recent silver metallic pumps are a popular choice and easy to style. Some pumps that resemble hers are the Valentino Garavani metallic leather stiletto pumps priced at $1,150 and the Jimmy Choo Ixia 95 Pointed-Toe Pumps, currently retailing at $683.

Klum’s recent shoe style has been a combination of chic and elegant as she regularly wears heels on the red carpet. Some of her recent shoe picks include classic black Gianvito Rossi pumps, which she wore to the 2024 People’s Choice Awards in February, and red silk pumps, which she wore in January for the 2024 Golden Globes.
