EastEnders fans demand Dean Wicks is axed after he frames daughter Jade for his sick crime
EASTENDERS fans want Dean Wicks axed after he framed his own daughter for his vile crimes.
The rapist – who is played by actor Matt Di Angelo in the BBC soap – has been tampering with his sick daughter Jade’s medication in an effort to keep her unwell and stop her from moving to Pakistan with her mum.
In the end Dean’s last ditch attempt to cover up what he’d done involved him blaming Jade herself.
As Jean threatened to expose him, Dean told her he would confess everything.
He said: “This whole going back to live with her mum, moving to Pakistan, I’d miss her so much. I’d just be so alone.
“I just wanted her to choose me. I just want to be loved. Everyone thinks I’m a bad person, I just didn’t want to be a bad person in her eyes.
“So when she asked me if she could be responsible for her medicine, I said yes. I didn’t want to argue with her.
“I found pills under her pillow. She said she saw I was struggling and didn’t want to hurt me or her mum so if she didn’t get better she wouldn’t have to make the decision and go.
“She didn’t mean to risk her own life.”
He tried to twist the truth further, insisting that it must all be kept secret of Jade could do something drastic.
But as Dean insisted he loved his daughter, Jean just got up and walked away from him.
And fans are disgusted with him and they want him axed.
One wrote: “Again, I ask why Dean is still on the Square, or why he was even brought back tbh.
“All he’s done is make Linda’s life worse and is now abusing his daughter because she wants to live with her Mum, and framing Jean for it? Just get him gone.”
A second said: “The only help [Dean] needs is a lethal injection and an undertaker.”
Another added: “I can’t wait until Dean leaves, preferably painfully. What a disgusting manipulator.”
