Love Island exes at war as former couple BLOCK each other – despite rumours they were getting back together
A FORMER Love Island couple are at war as it’s been revealed they’ve blocked each other on Instagram after splitting last month.
The Love Island stars made it to the final last summer but called it quits just seven months after leaving the villa.
Ella Thomas and Tyrique Hyde briefly split last year but appeared to work things out when they got back together.
However it seems this time it’s for real as they’ve blocked each other on the social media platform – with fans noticing instantly.
One wrote: “Tyrique has blocked Ella – you can tell as all her likes disappeared from his instagram.”
Another said: “Did anyone else notice Tyrique quietly blocked Ella on instagram?
“It’s a shame because he seems torn up over the breakup and I feel like they want it to work so bad but it’s time they let it go.”
And a third added: “All her likes on his photos are gone.”
The Sun exclusively revealed Ella and Tyrique’s split in February, with a source saying: “They have tried really hard but just been having constant arguments.
“At the end of day they want different things and it’s too hard to make it work. They are saying it’s over for good this time and there is no going back.”
But earlier this week fans spotted two “clues” that they insisted mean Ella and Ty were getting back together.
In November, a source told Mail Online that Ella and Ty had been struggling to make things work.
“Ella and Ty split in secret but got back together and it’s been like that for a few weeks now, they are very on and off,” a pal told the publication.
“Viewers saw how the dynamic between them can often be fiery and it’s been no different since they left Love Island.
“This is the first time Ty has been in a relationship and often Ella can feel let down… she expects a lot from him, and he hasn’t been delivering.
With Ella based in Scotland and Ty in Essex, it appears the long-distance romance has added to their struggle to keep their relationship going.
