GOCL Corporation Ltd, part of the Hinduja Group, has partnered with Squarespace Builders to monetize 264.5 acres in Hyderabad, bringing in over Rs 3,402 crore. They are also developing land with Hinduja Healthcare, and funds will be used for future growth, including a Bengaluru IT project.
