Corrie’s Lucy Fallon mum-shamed over Easter snap of baby son as she prepares for reality TV debut
CORONATION Street star Lucy Fallon has been cruelly mum-shamed after sharing a sweet snap of her baby son.
The 28 year old actress was celebrating the Easter break with her loved ones but faced some unexpected criticism online over her parenting.
In a slew of family images, the star looked stylish as she beamed down the lens of the camera as she cuddled up to her hunky footballer boyfriend Ryan Ledson.
Ryan clutched onto their son, Sonny Jude, as the family marked their second Easter together after Sonny arrived into the world in January 2023.
Bethany Platt star Lucy had created Easter baskets for her son and his friends as she went all out for the occasion.
However, one snap of Sonny did not sit right with one fan as the ITV star was cruelly mum-shamed.
Lucy faced criticism for letting Sonny eat a large Easter egg despite only being 15 months old.
The tot looked thrilled with the supersized egg as he bit into it but one of her followers was seriously unhappy.
The disgruntled fan said: “Bit young for Easter eggs!”
Facing opposition from some of Lucy’s supporters, the fan made no effort to stand down and desrcibed Sonny as a “future dentist’s dream”.
They quipped: “Too young for such. A future Dentist’s dream!”
Despite the cruel words, many fans were left swooning over the sweet family snaps.
One fan wrote: “Sonny with that giant egg is EVERYTHING!”
Another penned: “Beautiful family, pic so cute.”
As someone else wrote: “Aww so cute!! It looks like he’s having the time of his life!!!”
Lucy is gearing up to show off her family like never before after signing up for the cast of new ITV reality show Drama Queens.
The programme will follow a slew of soap stars in their everyday lives away from acting in a TV first.
As well as Lucy, her former Coronation Street co-stars Brooke Vincent and Ellie Leach will also be appearing on the show.
Emmerdale legends Roxy Shahidi, Amy Walsh and Laura Norton will also be a part of the programme as will Hollyoaks stars Jorgie Porter and Jamelia and EastEnders icon Rita Simons.
