RCSO: Man charged with rape, sexual abuse
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On Wednesday, the Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office reported the arrest of Tyler Beaudry, 20, of Berlin. This arrest followed an investigation prompted by a complaint made to the RCSO by a child less than eight years old.
Charges
- Two counts of first-degree rape
- Two counts of first-degree sexual abuse
- Two counts of sexual misconduct
- Two counts of forcible touching
- One count of first-degree criminal sex act
- Two counts of endangering the welfare of a child
- One count of false written statement
Beaudry was arraigned in Troy City Court on March 25. He was placed in the custody of the Rensselaer County Jail without bail with a full stay-away order of protection issued on behalf of the victim.
