Donovan Simmon, 19, was nabbed Tuesday afternoon and charged with attempted rape, unlawful imprisonment, assault and lewdness in connection to the terrifying Feb. 24 encounter with a 21-year-old woman inside the 169th Street station in Jamaica, cops said.
