Adrian Schiller was best known for his acting career which began on the nineties.

He was born in London on February 21, 1964.

The star was known for playing Aethelhelm in the historical series The Last Kingdom and the character Cornelius Penge in the ITV series Victoria.

Adrian has plenty of acting credits to his name and took on roles in productions such as A Touch of Frost, My Family, Judge John Deed and Silent Witness.

Adrian appeared in plenty of films and programmes throughout his career.

Some films he starred in include Prime Suspect in 1992 and Ghosts in 1993 and the TV movie RKO 281 in 1999.

One of his most recent roles was in January when he appeared as the criminal Drake Underwood in an episode of the BBC detective series Father Brown.

It was announced on Thursday April 4, 2024 that Adrian had passed away at the age of 60.

His cause of death has not been revealed but it has been said it was unexpected and sudden.

Adrian’s agent confirmed his death in a statement.

Scott Marshall Partners, who represented Schiller for more than three decades, said in a statement: “He has died far too soon, and we, his family and close friends are devastated by the loss.

“His death was sudden and unexpected and no further details around its cause are yet available.

“A prodigiously talented actor, he had just returned from Sydney, where he had been appearing in The Lehman Trilogy and was looking forward to continuing the international tour in San Francisco.”

Was Adrian Schiller married and did he have any children?

Adrian had a partner Milena and a son called Gabriel.

His sister Ginny posted to his X, formerly known as Twitter, account to say they were supporting his son and partner.

She wrote: “Dear all. This is Ginny. I’m so sorry to let you all know that our beloved brother Adrian died suddenly at home yesterday.

“He had so many very dear friends – sorry to those of you who are learning about this here.

“We will say more about funeral and/or memorial plans in due course.

“For now, we’re taking things one step at a time, supporting Milena and Gabriel as best we can and trying to get our heads around the unimaginable.

“Please don’t send flowers but if anyone wants to make a gesture, we will be setting up Trust for Gabriel and there’s a link below.”
