Arrest made in Tuesday night shooting in Buffalo
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A Buffalo man is facing charges of attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment after a shooting took place Tuesday night.
Police responded to the area of E. Delavan Avenue and Chelsea Place around 10 p.m. after hearing gunshots. After engaging in a foot pursuit, a suspect was apprehended on Rickert Avenue and identified as 23-year-old Ramell Robertson.
The victim in the matter, a 24-year-old Buffalo man, was taken to ECMC by a civilian vehicle after being shot in the chest/shoulder area. He was released after being treated.
