Orioles place RHP Tyler Wells (elbow) on 15-day injured list

The Baltimore Orioles placed starting pitcher Tyler Wells on the 15-day injured list on Tuesday with right elbow inflammation.
The right-hander was scheduled to start Wednesday afternoon against the visiting Minnesota Twins. Wells, 29, last pitched on Friday, taking the loss after yielding four runs and six hits in four innings in an 11-1 home loss to the Milwaukee Brewers. T
