A MODEL mum has urged women to ditch “hideous” granny panties and start showing off their bodies.
Sara Cheek, from Florida, is fed up with ladies covering up because of their insecurities.
The mum of four reckons people would be happier if they embraced their figures fully and stopped worrying about what strangers think.
She said: “My top tip is to be your own person. Stop following the hideous diaper swimsuit trend.
“You have got to know there isn’t a single man who thinks your granny panties are attractive.
“You aren’t a bad mum for wanting to be fit or look sexy in a bikini.
“Do whatever you have to do to make yourself happy at what you see in the mirror.
“A happy mum is a good mum.
“I workout 14 hours a week because it’s my job, but I have a four year old.
“It took me four years to finally get my pre-baby body back.
“I’ve got stretch marks. Nobody cares. I’ve taken ozempic, and I love it.
“Stop listening to everyone else and do what you want. Wear the thong.
“I guarantee your man will love it even if you’re a little flabbier than before.
“Will Karen like it? No. But that’s just because Karen doesn’t like herself.”
It comes after a slim thicc fashionista urged people to wear what they want regardless of their shape after modelling pairs of tiny shorts.
Carla Kent, 27, describes herself as “your petite curvy bestie” and regularly shares her shopping and fashion tips on social media (@carlakentx).
She said: “Life is SHORT so just wear the short shorts.
“If I’ve got my tree trunk legs in hot pants then you can.
“This year we just wear what we want.”
