Cinthia Erivo Steps Out in Patent Leather Platform Boots at ‘Challengers’ Los Angeles Premiere

Cinthia Erivo has found her stride in statement boots lately. The British actor and singer looked business casual punk in sleek black patent leather platform boots at the “Challengers” Los Angeles premiere on Tuesday.

Her ultra-shiny boots featured a sleek rounded toe, approximately two-inch platform base and four-inch heel. The calves were fitted but semi-scrunchy and appeared to hit above-the-knee, although they were obscured by her leather culottes.

Ervio has been owning the shoe game lately in tall platform boots. At a “Wicked” press tour date at CinemaCon in Las Vegas on April 10, she wore emerald satin thigh-high platform sock boots nodding to her green-skinned character in the film. Her footwear is almost always bold. At the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards 2024 on April 9 she wore leopard-print pointed-toe heels. At Louis Vuitton’s Paris Fashion Week show in March, she donned smooth black leather thigh-high platform boots.

The “Challengers” premiere took place at Westwood Village Theater, one of the popular Los Angeles cinemas for film premieres and was attended by Zendaya, Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist, along with director Luca Guadagnino.

Cinthia Erivo’s Shoe Style

Erivo has been on her own stylish press tour for the film version of “Wicked,” along with co-star Ariana Grande, which comes out on Nov. 26.

Erivo’s style is daring and glamorous, with an eye for intricate, unique detailing, silhouettes and patterns. Her footwear is also often bold and unique, taking cues from her outfit, nails or accessories. The singer and actor is a big fan of elevating her looks with towering platforms.
