While it might be a bit early to say, but the way things have panned in the last couple of weeks, it is clear that bulls are once again making an attempt to control every corner of the street once again. But because valuations are high, one has to be cautious, while being bullish. The reason why we are being cautious is the fact that while at this point of time tension in the middle east might have come down, but in geopolitical tensions, one cannot rule them making a sudden comeback. Also, clarity has to still emerge on what course of action the US Fed will follow. Also as a thumb rule, one should remember that corrections and consolidation are part of every bull market. We will continue to see them at regular levels.
