Ben Affleck Rewears Air Jordan Travis Scott ‘Reverse Mocha’ Sneaker Grails in Los Angeles

Ben Affleck is underscoring his status as a sneakerhead in a pair of sold-out Air Jordans. The “Air” star, wore the shoes while walking around in Los Angeles on April 20.
Affleck has put himself forward as a mass owner of covetable sneakers over the past few years. In the run up to the release of “Air,” during filming and production, he wore a variety of different styes Amongst them, there were a lot of Nike SB Dunk styles including the Travis Scott for Nike SB “Cactus Jack” sneakers he wore late last month in Santa Monica. On an errand with his son the same month, he wore another pair of Dunks that paid homage to the hip hop trio De La Soul.
About the shoe
First released in 2022, Affleck was wearing the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Reverse Mocha.” Based on the “Dark Mocha” style released in 2019, the shoe features a brown, suede nubuck upper with white leather overlay panels. Scott made the backwards Swoosh a staple of his designs — his collaborative partnership with Jordan Brand stretches back to 2017 — and that is featured prominently here. The Swoosh and midsole are both cream while the Wings logo and other accents are red.
This isn’t the first time Affleck has pulled this particular style out. In October 2022, he was photographed in them while getting off of a private jet. More recently, he was spotted out around Los Angeles in February 2024 wearing them.

Affleck has a large sneaker closet including loafers and other lace-ups. When he’s not at events, he’s often spotted in his variety of sneakers of both high top and low top styles. Of Nike styles, he’s often worn the Nike Dunks over the years. In addition to Nike and Air Jordan, he’s worn sneakers from Off-White as well.
