Brotherhood Playoff Watch - Boston And New Orleans Both Lose
It’s still early in both series, but Wednesday was not a good night for Boston or New Orleans.
In Wednesday’s NBA Playoff Action, Jayson Tatum and Brandon Ingram had solid nights personally but the Boston Celtics and the New Orleans Pelicans both lost.
Boston lost to Miami, 111-101. Tatum finished with 28 points, eight rebounds, three assists and one block. He also shot 10-20 overall and 2-6 from behind the line.
In Oklahoma City, the Thunder just crushed New Orleans, 124-92. Ingram finished with 18 points and four rebounds. He shot 5-10 with no three points attempts and also pulled down four rebounds and also had three assists, a steal and a block.
Boston and Miami are tied at 1-1 while OKC has a 2-0 lead over New Orleans, but keep in mind that Zion Williamson is still out with a hamstring injury.
On Thursday, Paolo Banchero and Wendell Carter will lead Orlando against Cleveland and later, Cam Reddish and Harry Giles and the L.A. Lakers attempt to overcome Denver. Well, not Reddish - he’s out with an ankle injury.
