Tottenham may have just found their new training kit sponsor – Journalist
Tottenham Hotspur’s deal with Getir is coming to an end, and according to Alasdair Gold, it seems the club has found a replacement for a new sponsorship deal on all their training wear.
Spurs currently have plenty of branding deals on the go, with Nike being the major partnership, of course. The American brand has been the kit manufacturer for the Lilywhites since 2017, and fans are excited to find out what the next batch of kits will look like for the new Premier League season.
Then, there is the deal with Cinch, which has been running since 2021, with the car-selling platform taking pride of place on the sleeves of Tottenham’s shirts.
Finally, the club has been working with Getir, a delivery service originated by a Turkish startup company. The brand sponsors all of Tottenham’s training and warm-up kit, and has done so since 2021.

But, that deal is now coming to an end as we approach the culmination of this season, and the club has been looking for a replacement. That search may now be over, according to Alasdair Gold, who relays information from the European Sponsorship Editor at SportBusiness Group, Matt Glendinning.
Gold tweeted today: “As per Matt Glendinning, it looks like BetMGM could be coming on board as Spurs’ new training wear sponsors for next season once the Getir deal expires at the end of this campaign.”
The betting company launched in the UK in 2023 and has seen great success with the move.

I’ve never been particularly keen on the idea of gambling companies being used as sponsors on football kits, to be honest, but ethics and financial gain very rarely go hand in hand when it comes to football clubs that are essentially global brands.
