ERIC DIER has been left with blood all over his face as the Bayern Munich star reopened his nasty head gash with a goal-saving header.
The England defender made a vital stop near the goal line in the Bundesliga clash against Stuttgart.
In the 28th minute, the England defender made a crucial block near the goal line to stop Serhou Guirassy’s goal.
The Guinea goal-scoring menace made the pass inside the penalty box before trying to score but Dier did well to head the ball away.
Dier already injured his head a couple of minutes prior but still used it for the goal line clearance hence why his head was bleeding again.

Bayern then evened the scoreline in the 37th minute through Harry Kane‘s strike from a spot-kick after Serge Gnabry was brought down inside the penalty box.

But Bayern failed to secure a win as two late goals from Jeong Woo-Yeng and Silas Katompa Mvumpa secured the home side all three points.

Now Stuttgart sit two points behind Bayern with only two games to go in the season.
