Register for Kelly's Angels 'Mother-Lovin'' 5K
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Kelly's Angels Mother-Lovin' 5K Run/Walk will take place Sunday at the Saratoga Spa State Park, rain or shine. Kelly's Angels is an all-volunteer charity in the Capital Region that aims to bring joy to children who've lost a parent or caregiver to cancer, as well as to families fighting against serious illnesses.
The run/walk will look to top last year's record-breaking attendance with over 1,200 competitors expected. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 8:30 a.m. A kids' fun run will be at 8:45 a.m. with the 5K run/walk kicking off at 9:15 a.m. Participants can also register online.
An award ceremony will follow at 10:15 a.m. with the event based at Saratoga Spa State Park's Orenda Pavilion. Free parking will be available in the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) lot off Route 50.
