AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has criticized Delhi ministers and AAP leaders for spreading lies about a "corruption FIR" against her and threatened to file a lawsuit against them. She claimed that her status in the party changed from "Lady Singham" to "BJP agent" after she filed a complaint against now-arrested Bibhav Kumar, an aide to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Maliwal clarified that the FIR was lodged 8 years ago in 2016 and that the case is fake, with the Hon'ble High Court staying it for 1.5 years and accepting that no money transaction had taken place.
