Possible 911 connection issues reported in Washington County
WASHINGTON COUNTY (NEWS10) -- Washington County officials are investigating a possible 911 outage. Officials said they received a few reports of Verizon landline phones having issues calling 911.
It is happening in Salem and Hebron areas. Officials said people can call 911 from their cell phones without issue.
Those who need help but are unable to get through to 911 can call the 911 center directly at (518) 747-3325. Verizon is investigating the issue.
