ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Free evening fitness classes provided by the New York State Office of General Services start on Tuesday, June 4. The classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at the Empire State Plaza from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Classes run throughout the summer until Thursday, Aug. 29, and no classes during the week of July 4. Participants must sign a waiver to participate and are encouraged to register on the Empire State Plaza website.
Tuesday's classes are Pilates Fusion with the Hot Yoga Spot and Thursday's Zumba with Anzala. Both days give participants a whole-body workout, focusing on muscle conditioning, cardio, and increasing heart rate.
