A BEAUTY guru has revealed how simplifying their haircare routine improved the health of their tresses while also stimulating growth.
They shared their tips for luscious locks alongside the products that have worked wonders for them.
The beauty enthusiast took to Reddit’s Sephora forum to share advice for healthy strands.
Posting under the name Butterflyghostt, they spoke candidly about having previously made mistakes with their haircare routine.
“I use Kerastase Genesis which is their line to prevent breakage from brushing etc. I’m trying to grow out my hair,” they said.
“I like it, it smells great and I have noticed less hair falling.”

“Don’t put too much into your hair because that’s what broke my hair off,” they said.
“Shampoo, conditioner. Use a hair mask once every week.
“Can use a cleansing shampoo like Ouai Detox to get the dirt off the scalp easier but don’t use this too often.
“Then I would make sure to use a hair oil when you can.
“I apply verb ghost oil at night and wear Olaplex bonding oil at night.
“I use to put so much stuff in my hair trying to fix it and grow it, but all the random products made it worse and break off.
“Just keep it simple.
“A scalp oil could be nice too. A healthy scalp will definitely help it grow.”
