Richards has been the mentor for Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League. PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi is enthusiastic about having a respected figure like Richards on board, especially with the Super Eights games taking place in the Caribbean. Additionally, the PCB is considering appointing Australian curator Tony Hemmings as the foreign chief curator to improve pitch conditions in the country before the next domestic season.
