Vologda Oblast and Belarus have unlimited opportunities for cooperation, Acting Governor of Russia’s Vologda Oblast Georgy Filimonov said during a meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on Interregional Cooperation of the Council of the Republic and the Federation Council.
