The quick-thinking cleaning whizz said they got the inspiration from their grandmother.
Redditor Patrick_still opened the conversation in a post on the social media platform.
“I’ve been watching a lot of off grid stuff lately and been curious as it’s never something I see mentioned,” he said.
“How do you guys do laundry?
“Most people seem to have limitations to their water or collect rainwater for gardens or showers, but it’s never mentioned if water is used for clothes or washing?
“Any off gridders that can shed some light on the subject would be much appreciated. Still very new in the subject for me”
