They said the dupe is not only half the cost but also works even better.
Redditor Real-Impression-6629 shared the makeup recommendation in a viral post.
They explained that they much preferred Milani’s $13 tubing mascara compared to the $26 Thrive Causemetics version.
“I decided to try it and was so happy I ended up liking it way better since it’s so much cheaper,” they said.
“It lasts longer in my experience, too.”
Though some people have shared their mixed experiences with the mascara, the beauty fan said it’s never failed them.
“Some of the reviews say it’s clumpy, but I haven’t had a problem,” they said.
They even shared a trick to get the best possible results from the cheap buy.
“You have to apply it a little more slowly and gently than regular mascara to get it to give you the right result,” they said.
