Geordie Shore star shows off tummy transformation with before and after snaps as she undergoes body contouring procedure
MARNIE Simpson proudly showed off her toned tummy after ‘reshaping’ her body.
The Geordie Shore star shared before and after shots, telling fans she was “bringing that definition back”.
Marnie, 32, was left with a red tummy after the procedure, which is known as body contouring.
The treatment promises to “safely & painlessly melt the fat and naturally remove it through the lymphatic system”.
The technician uses a machine that looks similar to an ultrasound.
This comes after Marnie made a shock return to Geordie Shore after quitting in April.
The MTV reality star dramatically pulled out of filming the programme amid a dispute with the show’s producers.
What is body contouring?
Nonsurgical body contouring is also known as body sculpting or nonsurgical fat reduction procedures.
They target stubborn pockets of fat to contour and shape different areas of the body.
There are different treatments available, with results lasting several months.
Cryolipolysis uses freezing temperatures to target and destroy fat cells. Laser lipolysis uses controlled heating and laser energy to target fat cells.
Radiofrequency lipolysis uses controlled heating and ultrasound technology to target fat cells.
Injection lipolysis uses injectable deoxycholic acid to target fat cells.
Marnie refused to participate in any new episodes of the show and informed bosses that she wouldn’t return.
Back in January, she made the decision not to come back to the show without having “serious conversations” with the producers.
She said: “I’d have to really think about it. And have serious conversations if I was to go back.”
Marnie met with the rest of the cast in Thailand last month.
Posing in a bright red bikini, she wrote: “Beach girl always.”
Her co-star Chloe Ferry reacted: “Wiwowowowo best photo yet.”
Another said: “Honestly you are so perfect!”
A source told us: “Marnie coming back was an eleventh hour decision by bosses, as they were worried the new series didn’t have enough drama.
“The producers were really annoyed with the way Marnie left the show and slagged off the way the last series was edited, but when they got to Thailand to film the new series, they quickly realised something was missing.”
