Queen Camilla Wears Her Favorite Style of Suede Heels Twice in Less Than 24 Hours

Queen Camilla’s schedule has been so packed that she’s relied on the same pair of suede heels twice in the past 24 hours.

On June 25, she wore a pair of taupe suede pumps to welcome Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako of Japan to London alongside her husband, King Charles III and Prince William. Then on June 26, she visited a primary school in London to celebrate their literary festival in what appear to be the same pair of suede shoes.

The royal’s understated shoes featured neutral suede uppers, pointed toes, and a manageable 0.5 to 1-inch block heel that offered both support and height as she toured Christ Church C of E Primary School. She wore a similar style shoe, albeit with a slighter taller 2 to 3-inch block heel, for the UK’s national commemorative event for the 80th anniversary of D-Day on June 5.

Queen Camilla, who favors susatinable fashion repeats, frequently favors suede styles. She often wears this textural style during formal occasions, opting for boot and heel silhouettes. While she has worn the shoe style in black, she generally prefers neutral hues for her footwear at public royal appearances.

The navy blue and white floral frock, a Fiona Clare couture dress, is also a rewear for the royal, who has worn it on previous summer occasions. The mid-length shift dress featured a floral pattern bordered by white panels on the v-neckline, the cuffs and down the sides of the dress. The summer friendly dress also featured half-sleeves and structured shoulders. The designer is a favorite of Queen Camilla, who has frequently worn the designer’s dresses.

The school Queen Camilla visited is hosting a Literary Festival until July 5, where children are sponsored to read extensively. New pupils receive guidance from assigned ‘shepherds’. The Queen participated in activities, engaged with students and teachers and observed the festival’s positive impact, concluding with an assembly featuring the school choir.
