Taking part in the meeting were representatives of state supervisory bodies in industrial safety of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and the UN Economic Commission for Europe. Representatives of Turkmenistan and China attended the event as observers.
