The lively Gokuldham society celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with visits from celebrities and an unexpected donation of Rs 21 lakh found in the donation box. The anonymous cheque is earmarked for scholarships for underprivileged children, with a condition to keep the donor's identity secret. Tapu Sena organized the event, drawing many devotees.
