Tamworth who are currently 16th in the National League pulled off a money-spinning tie against Ange Postecoglou‘s side when the FA Cup third round draw took place on Monday evening.
The non-league side have enjoyed a remarkable rise under current manager Andy Peaks who has guided the club to successive promotions.
Tottenham are no strangers to facing off against non-league sides, having been drawn away at minnows Marine in the third round in 2021 while Jose Mourinho was in charge.
Hopefully, there will be a change in form by the time the cup fixture comes around after Tottenham lost 1-0 at Bournemouth on Thursday night to continue their miserable Premier League campaign.

The Lamb Stadium is expected to be a sell-out with 4,000 supporters taking their place to see if another famous FA Cup exit will be on the cards.
The winner of the tie will not only secure their place in the draw for the fourth round, but also pocket a £115,000 fee for progressing, while the losing side take home £25,000 (FA).
