Kirti Patel, a social media influencer, was arrested by Surat police in connection with a ₹2 crore extortion case from last year. Patel, along with six others, allegedly honey-trapped a builder, using compromising photos for blackmail. Despite being on the run for months, she remained active on Instagram, which ultimately aided police in locating her near Ahmedabad.
