Man allegedly tried to kiss woman's feet in NYC subway station
MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) --- A man is accused of trying to kiss a woman's feet before performing a lewd act in front of her in a Manhattan subway station, police said.
The incident happened after the 30-year-old woman and the suspect got off the L train in the 6th Avenue subway station in Lower Manhattan at around 1 a.m. Wednesday, according to the NYPD.
While the woman was in the mezzanine for another train, the man tried to talk to her but when she refused, he allegedly tried to kiss her feet, police said.
The suspect also allegedly performed a lewd act in front of her before fleeing on a northbound L train, police said.
The man was last seen wearing a burgundy hooded sweatshirt, burgundy sweatpants and tan boots, according to authorities.
There have been no arrests.
