Florida’s attorney general has proposed a new site in the Everglades to hold immigrants who entered the United States illegally that he’s calling “Alligator Alcatraz.” In the video, the Florida attorney general touted the largely unused Miami-Dade Collier Training Facility as an ideal location to house migrants awaiting deportation. He said the site could house 1,000 migrants within one to two months.
