Ashwin Sheth Group has secured the development rights for a 4-acre land parcel in Goregaon West, Mumbai, from MHADA. The company plans to develop a housing project with a gross development value of Rs 3,800 crore. This project will offer approximately 12 lakh square feet of RERA carpet area, further expanding the group's portfolio.
