The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has put a hold on the insolvency proceedings against Reliance Infrastructure after being notified that the company had cleared its outstanding dues. This action suspends the previous order by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), which had initiated insolvency due to an unpaid debt of ₹90 crore.
