Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar announced on Monday that he has accepted Sanjeev Arora's resignation as a member of the Upper House, effective July 1. Arora, an Aam Aadmi Party leader, was elected from Punjab in April 2022. His resignation follows his victory in the Ludhiana West assembly bypoll.
