Justice Department Receives Tulsi Gabbard’s Criminal Referral Related to Russia Hoax Documents That Implicates Barack Obama
The Justice Department confirmed it received ODNI Tulsi Gabbard’s criminal referral related to the Russia collusion hoax documents that revealed Barack Obama manufactured intelligence to derail Trump.
Gabbard declassified a December 2016 presidential briefing revealing Barack Obama knew the Trump-Russia collusion narrative was a hoax.
Barack Obama knew it was a hoax and he was involved in manufacturing and politicizing the intelligence to create the Trump-Russia collusion canard.
“We assess that foreign adversaries did not use cyber attacks on election infrastructure to alter the US Presidential election outcome this year. We have no evidence of cyber manipulation of election infrastructure intended to alter results,” the report said.
Tulsi called for prosecutions and sent the newly declassified documents to the Justice Department.
“These documents detail a treasonous conspiracy by officials at the highest levels of the Obama White House to subvert the will of the American people and try to usurp the President from fulfilling his mandate,” Tulsi Gabbard said.

On Monday, the DOJ confirmed it received Tulsi’s criminal referral.

The Department of Justice confirmed Monday that it has received Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s criminal referral related to her bombshell claims that Obama-era officials “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to create the narrative that Russia was attempting to influence the 2016 presidential election, Fox News has confirmed.
The Department of Justice declined further comment, but confirmed to Fox News that the department received the referral.
Gabbard released unclassified documents Friday that reportedly show “overwhelming evidence” that then-President Barack Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for what would be the yearslong Trump–Russia collusion probe after Trump’s election win against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in 2016.
