2 men accused of having loaded gun in baby stroller in Colonie
COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Two Schenectady men are accused of hiding a loaded handgun in a stroller occupied by a child, per Colonie Police. Jose Rivera, 19, and Charles Jones, 22, face multiple charges.

- Endangering the welfare of a child
Rivera and Jones were arrested after police reported finding them with a loaded Taurus nine millimeter handgun and two high-capacity magazines on Friday night in the area of 1770 Central Avenue. Police said the items were hidden in a diaper bag, which was underneath a child's stroller that seated a two-month-old baby at the time.
The suspects were arraigned in Colonie Town Court on Saturday and released under the supervision of probation.
