Rachel Brosnahan Admits 'Superman' Co-Star Skyler Gisondo Has 'Rizz'
As Superman continues its box office surge, moviegoers have left theaters raving about everything from David Corenswet’s portrayal of the Man of Steel, Krypto the lovable dog, Nicholas Hoult’s portrayal of Lex Luthor and much more.
However, the cast of Superman echoed fan praise for one specific actor, albeit for a slightly different reason.
Skyler Gisondo, who plays Jimmy Olsen in Superman, has earned high marks from critics and fans for his portrayal of the character. And while his castmates surely loved the work he did, they also apparently can't seem to get enough of his "rizz."
"Rizz," a term that refers to style and charm in the context of attracting romantic partners, was the exact word Rachel Brosnahan, who plays Lois Lane, used to describe her castmate.
During an interview with IMDb, after Gisondo's character was labeled as a "player" in the movie, Brosnahan made the admission.
"He's got rizz," Brosnahan stated.
Corenswet then followed that by possibly summing up why Gisondo is the perfect fit for the role of Jimmy Olsen.
"I'm so glad I get to bring this up again," Corenswet quickly stated. "Skyler Gisondo's testosterone is apparently off the charts, true story."
Brosnahan then joked that she was "too distracted by Skyler's in-person rizz," explaining why she couldn't remember Gisondo declaring that at a dinner with the group.
It sounds like director James Gunn nailed the casting for Olsen's part after hearing what the rest of the Superman cast had to say about Gisondo and his apparent on- and off-camera "rizz."
