Wind gusts could reach 85 mph, along with heavy rain. Floris hits during the busy tourism season, affecting events like the Edinburgh Fringe. The Edinburgh Military Tattoo has canceled Monday’s outdoor performance. Train services across much of Scotland have been canceled and some ferry crossings also are scrapped. The storm also coud hit parts of Northern Ireland, Wales, and northern England.
