A 64-year-old man at Kotei in Kumasi of the Ashanti Region has done the unthinkable by slashing the left wrist of a nine-year-old boy with a sharp cutlass over sugarcane. Robert Quaicoe, the suspect, reportedly, saw the victim, Kelvin Oppong and his friends, now at large, harvesting sugarcane on his farm, on July 29, 2025 around 4:30pm.
